Changing Your Stay

Please note that a change to the number of nights or the number of guests may result in a rate change.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice, no later than 4pm the day prior to check-in. Please note: some rates are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

No deposit is required at the time of booking, unless booking a pre-paid rate or discount. Pre-paid or non-refundable rates require full payment at the time of booking.

An incidental authorization equal to 20% of the total bill will be placed on your card at check-in. This is not a charge and will be released upon check-out, provided no additional charges are incurred during your stay.

Additional discounts are provided when staying 7 or more nights consecutively, Long-term stays are based on availability. Please contact our front desk directly at (605) 336-0650 to inquire about current discounted rates and availability.

100% smoke-free hotel, smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms or indoor areas. A $250 fee will be charged for any violations.

Free on-site parking

Pets allowed based on the availability of pet-friendly rooms. Up to two dogs per room with an 80 pound weight limit. Additional pet types (cats, birds, etc.) may be accepted at the hotel's discretion. Pet rate is $30.00 per day.

Service animals are always welcome without fee or documentation and may accompany their owner throughout the hotel. Please note: emotional support animals are not considered service animals, and the standard pet fee will apply.

The check-in time at Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel is 4pm and the check-out time is 11am.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for a $25.00 fee, based on availability. Please check with our front desk team in advance or upon arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Indoor waterpark: Open daily from 9am to 10pm

Outdoor pool: Open seasonally from Memorial Day through October 5th

Please note:

• Pool towels are available at the front desk.
• No food or glass containers are allowed in the pool areas.

Yes. All guests in the pool area, whether swimming or supervising, must wear a wristband if over the age of 2.

Wristbands are provided at check-in. Each standard guest room includes 4 complimentary wristbands for access to the waterpark and pools. A maximum of 2 additional wristbands may be purchased at the front desk for $10 each. Each suite includes 6 complimentary wristbands, with no additional wristbands available for purchase.

Yes. Only registered overnight guests have access to the indoor waterpark. Day passes are not available.

The nearest airport is Sioux Falls Regional Airport (FSD), located just 3.9 miles (about 8 minutes) from the hotel. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is available, please arrange your pickup/drop-off at the front desk.
